Orders

Our processing time is 1-5 business days, depending on our order volume. Note that processing time is the time it takes from when we received the order, and until it leaves our warehouse.

We always strive to get orders out within 24 hours.

Holidays do not count as a business day.

You will get an email with a order ID number shortly after the order is placed.

 

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of an error on our end (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

All returns may be subject to up to a 25% restocking fee.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

 

Shipping

Not all orders are eligible for Free Shipping. Shipping cost is clearly displayed at checkout prior to checkout.

 

APO/FPO

We offer shipping to most USA military locations around the world. Make sure to fill out your address with your correct APO/FPO/AE address details for the shipping label, then select United States as the country (even if going outside the USA, as long as it is a USA military post office).

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally at this time.
